Flexor construction company was established in year 2005 as a family company. Among founders was Jacek Dudek, engineer with nearly twenty years experience in construction sector, and now President of the Management Board and the only owner of company.
Flexor has started its activity from completion of project Villa Pärnilla, located in Västra Tye near Karlstad, Sweden. Just after a few months presence at Swedish market we start realising next contracts. Until now, we have completed about 40 projects in Karlstad and neighbouring towns. And some single projects within a hundreds of kilometres radius from place of concentration of our activity. Thanks to good opinion among our clients, supported with numerous recommendations, we were able to afford to build localy recognisable brand, which, hopefully, in not a far distant future will give us strong and stable position in segment of medium – size construction companies, in Karlstad and Värmland region. We carry on also a couple of construction, renovation and modernization projects in Poland. The most significant is project Willa Magdalenka – construction of dwelling houses complex, where Flexor is General Contractor. |
